Pattern products are intended for laboratory in-vitro research purposes only. They are not for human or animal use or consumption of any kind, and they are not intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent disease.
Because these products require careful handling and are sold for restricted research purposes, all sales are final after the order is placed.
Before Placing An Order
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, account information, shipping details, and checkout totals before placing an order. Once payment is authorized, changes or corrections may not be possible.
If you do not agree with Pattern's terms, research-use requirements, or final-sale policy, do not purchase from us.
Order Support
If there is an issue with an order, contact Pattern as soon as possible at reilly@pattern.store with the order number, account email, and a clear description of the issue.
Pattern may review order issues at its discretion, but this support process does not waive the final-sale, no-return policy.
